Kentucky Mugshot Public Record Law

Avoid commercial mugshot-publishing sites that demand payment for removal. They are not official Gallatin County, Grant County, Kentucky DOC, BOP, ICE, or court sources. Federal and ICE Mugshot Differences
No BOP prison or ICE detention facility is located in Gallatin County. BOP's locator searches federal inmates from 1982 to present, but it is not a local booking-photo gallery.
